The competence classification for the post will be within grades 8 to 10 (3874,49-4954,40 euros/month) on the scale of 1-10 used for
teaching and research staff. The final competence classification will be decided upon appointment.In addition, the holder will be paid a personal performance increment, which is up to 46% of the salary which the competence classification entitles the holder to. The personal performance increment is being introduced over a period of time, so that the final salary will rise stage by stage as the new salary system is implemented.
