PostDoctoral Scholarships: Centre for European Studies, Sciences Po

Every year, the Centre offers a number of post-doctoral scholarships to young researchers capable of contributing to its programme of research activities. Scholarships are valid for one year. They are valued at a total of 17, 000 euros and may be renewable in some cases. Scholarships are made irrespective of nationality.
The Centre for European Studies has a twofold mission:
- to develop research on questions of European interest,
- to consolidate Sciences Po’s position in the European research area.
It accomplishes this by lending its support to research programmes, organising encounters between researchers and by facilitating debate on themes of current European interest

- The study and research on the European institutions.

the application file should include :
- a curriculum vitae,
- a copy of your thesis appraisal by examining committee
- a letter of motivation
- a research project (2,000 words, 5 pages maximum),
- a list of completed work and works in progress,
- two letters of recommendation.
Applications should be sent electronically and by ordinary post to the Centre for European Studies at Sciences Po by the Wednesday 3rd of May 2007 at the latest. Candidates will be chosen by
the Centre’s Steering Committee.
