Police Chief Mark Ro, Los Angeles, said the man was not injured in the incident, which occurred at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday.
The man is an employee of the Hookah Lounge bar. The sergeant said that Lohan was trying to walk around in “U” in a narrow street in front of the local when he was about to hit slightly the order of the individual.
A group of photographers surrounding Lohan’s vehicle came when the man came out and told to be careful with your car.
The man told agents that Lohan’s sports car grazed a knee and the actress was driving away.
The sergeant said there were no injuries or damage, so he did not prepare any report and he fled.
Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, did not immediately return a message seeking comment.
